Brandy's support for me as an early-career faculty member has been lifesaving. I've been able to set up, and hold myself accountable to, reasonable goals and deadlines while keeping my own well-being in focus. This balance is incredibly difficult, and her support has made it much more achievable. I especially appreciate her critical approach to the idea of academic productivity, and this lens sets her apart from other kinds of academic productivity and support services and helps me keep my workload manageable. I am so grateful for her skills, strategies, and caring!" |
I was able to focus my goals for the coming months and years through Dr. Simula's coaching. I come away feeling energized with a sharper direction and having new strategies for achieving these goals. - Tenured Social Science Professor
