Why Coaching?
Life can be complicated, exciting, and challenging. The support available through coaching can help you more effectively navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and cultivate your own personal and professional flourishing. People often come to coaching when they are entering a period of transition, seeking to create change in their lives, or wanting to make tweaks in their lives or careers that help them live more meaningfully and joyfully.
How Does Coaching Work?
As a coach who specializes in helping you cultivate personal and professional flourishing, I take a holistic approach. In our coaching sessions, I pay attention to your whole self: your values, experiences, emotions, background, identities, worries, and dreams. I support you in becoming more reflective, tapping into the knowledge you already hold and developing new knowledge about yourself. Working together, we translate the new knowledge developed through coaching into practices and strategies that help you move toward your own deepest flourishing.
What Are Coaching Sessions Like?
In each coaching session, we start by setting goals for that session, guided by the unique, individually-designed coaching plan we develop for our work together. Over the course of our work together, coaching sessions help you identify powerful strategies to help you navigate current challenges you may be facing, identify and cultivate the support and resources you need to move forward to your goals, and provide structure and accountability in making progress towards the flourishing life you deserve.
