Dr. Brandy L. Simula (she/her) (how to pronounce my name) is an award-winning leadership and executive development leader, consultant, and executive coach with 15+ years’ experience partnering with senior leaders and executives in organizations ranging from hypergrowth start-ups to complex, global Fortune 500s to design and deliver leadership and organizational development strategy and solutions.

An ICF PCC and BCC certified executive and leadership coach and past member of the Forbes Coaches Council, she writes and speaks frequently on leadership, executive, and organizational development, coaching, and leadership transitions. Her thought leadership has been published in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Newsweek. Dr. Simula was named a 2024 Top 25 Global Emerging Culture Creator in recognition of her contributions to organizational culture and workplace well-being.

A former professor of social psychology, Dr. Simula’s deep expertise in behavioral science continues to inform her approach to leadership development and executive coaching. Her work centers on architecting systems and organizational cultures that enable peak performance and partnering directly with executives and leaders to drive transformational growth. She earned her PhD from Emory University.
